A Trusted Trading
Counterparty

GreenLine Minerals LLC is a U.S.-based commodity trading company engaged in the international purchase, resale, and distribution of mineral fertilizer products. We are not a producer, manufacturer, or mine operator. Our value is in execution: connecting established suppliers with qualified buyers through professionally structured, documented commodity trade.

How We Execute

We operate as a principal trading counterparty. Every transaction is structured through commercially standard instruments — Irrevocable Letters of Credit, back-to-back LC structures, and fully documented commodity trade agreements.

We never take shortcuts on documentation. Banks, logistics partners, and counterparties work with us because every detail is in writing.

01
Supplier Mandate & Contract
We secure an executed supply agreement or mandate from the producing entity, establishing product specs, price basis, shipment schedule, and LC acceptance terms before any buyer is engaged.
Supply Contract Supplier Mandate Product Spec
02
Buyer Qualification & LOI
We approach and qualify buyers — agricultural distributors, cooperatives, and importers — and obtain a formal Letter of Intent or draft purchase agreement before advancing to the LC stage.
LOI / ICPO Buyer KYC Draft Contract
03
Letter of Credit Issuance
The buyer's bank issues an Irrevocable Letter of Credit in favor of GreenLine Minerals. We structure the LC terms to mirror the supplier requirements — shipment window, documents, port, and inspection conditions — enabling clean back-to-back execution.
Irrevocable LC Back-to-Back LC SWIFT
04
Shipment & Inspection
Cargo is loaded at the origin port under independent third-party inspection (SGS or equivalent). All shipping documents — Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Weight Certificate, Quality Analysis — are prepared to LC requirements before release.
Bill of Lading SGS Inspection Cert of Origin
05
Payment Settlement & Margin
Documents are presented to the buyer's bank. The LC is drawn. The supplier is paid from the proceeds. GreenLine Minerals retains the contractual trading margin. All payments move through the SWIFT network under documented, compliant transaction files.
